Q: What is your payment method?

Answer: Online banking transfer

Boost is accepted too upon request.

Q: How many days in advance
should I place an order?

Answer: 3-5 days prior. In certain situations where we happen to have extra slot, we also accept orders for 1-2 days notice. (But remember, the earlier, the better)

Q: Do you have readymade cakes?

Answer: Yes! Our studio has readymades prepared daily.You can

Q: Are your items Halal?

Answer: We do not specifically source our ingredients from halal suppliers - but our appliances and utensils are never in contact with lard/alcohol. Sponges are also specifically used just to wash our baking and brewing appliances.

Q: Do you have dairy free/
gluten free cakes?

Answer: We have dairy free cakes - but not gluten free ones, unfortunately. All of our sponge cakes are dairy free. We also use dairy free cream for our cake frosting.

Q: Are your baked goods sweet?

Answer: Being someone who is not fond of sweet treats/desserts, our items are all less sweet. "My elderly family members approve" are what most of our feedbacks state!

Q: What type of cream do you use?

Answer: We ONLY use Dairy-free Fresh Cream. [Buttercream, fondant, etc. are temporarily unavailbale]

Q: Do you accept order on Monday since our shop is closed?

Answer: Yes, we still accept pre-orders for whole cakes on Mondays. However, Self pickup is not available as our shop is closed, only delivery is available.
