Cakes will be sent up to your doorstep except for malls, company buildings, apartments/condominiums/flats, etc. Cakes will be delivered until the entrance/lobby.

Recipient must collect the item from driver within 8 minutes. Please understand that there are other deliveries to be made, delay in collection may cause other deliveries to be delayed as well, which would be very unfair for other customers. Delay in collection may potentially affect the condition of other customer's cakes as well due to non-refrigerated environment.

Driver will have to take a photo of the cake in recipient's hands after it has been received to consider it a completed delivery in good condition. Rest assured, drivers will not include the recipient's face in the photo due to privacy reasons. With this being said, upon the request of  "Send us a photo of the recipient when he/she has received" is unfortunately unable to be fulfilled - again, because we do not wish to infringe the recipient's privacy/cause misunderstandings against our drivers.
