OUR POLICIES

In order to ensure that both parties have a smooth transaction, there are a few policies that a customer will have to remember:

  • We follow a pre-order basis of at least THREE (3) days beforehand.

  • Our mode of payment is Online Transfer or Boost, orders will only be official and placed when transaction has been made.

  • We do not accept last minute order cancellations. If we have already prepared an item when a customer has cancelled, we are unable to provide a refund of any sort. If a customer decides to cancel before the item is prepared, we are able to provide the transferred amount as store credits ONLY with no expiration date until all credit has been claimed.

  • We do not tolerate rude or offensive customers, nor do we accept rushed orders. Everything can be settled through discussion in a calm manner, we can always find a solution that will satisfy both parties.
